Our services

Broven designs, builds and maintains websites, web platforms, e-commerce solutions and mobile apps. The scope, timeline and cost of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and the materials we need on time.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content you give us.
• Use our work and our website lawfully.

Payments

Fees, milestones and payment dates are set out in each project agreement or quotation. Late payments may pause work.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, except for third-party and open-source components, which stay under their own licences. We keep our general tools, know-how and any pre-existing code.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the services.

Warranties and liability

We work with professional care, but software is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed up to that date.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. They are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
